Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist

2,800 BGN per month + signing bonusWe’re looking for a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Polish and English to work in our client offices in Sofia to help keep online communities safe and compliant. You’ll review and assess user-generated content, spot potential risks, and take quick, informed action to protect users and uphold platform integrity.
What you’ll do
- Review user-submitted content, including sensitive or potentially disturbing material, and ensure it follows internal policies.
- Take timely and appropriate action on any content that violates rules or poses risks.
- Stay up to date with policy changes and apply them accurately.
- Identify trends and behavioral patterns to prevent future issues.
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Comfortable working with sensitive or challenging information.
- Confident in explaining and defending decisions with clear reasoning.
- Able to recognize patterns and think proactively.
- Excellent time management and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fraud, spam, or content moderation is a plus.
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish
- B2 level or higher English
