As a Danish Speaking Products Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers in Danish and English, solve product issues, and make every interaction a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support users via chat, email, or phone with questions about the products and features
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Identify and report recurring bugs or technical problems to your supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of friendly, international colleagues who love helping people
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Danish and good English (B1+) for training and internal communication
- Basic knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
