Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote anywhere in Portugal)
Salary: €30,000–€46,000 per year (base)
Start date: End of February

About the role

We are looking for a German-speaking ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. You will work primarily with ITOM Health and On-Call in the ServiceNow environment, supporting reliable and scalable IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM Health and On-Call solutions

• Work with the Service Reliability Management (SRM) plugin

• Configure and manage On-Call schedules

• Design and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs)

• Apply ITIL 4 principles in day-to-day development and operations

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer

• Strong knowledge of ITOM Health, including the SRM plugin

• Experience managing On-Call schedules in ServiceNow

• Solid understanding of ACLs

• ITIL 4 knowledge

• Fluent German (spoken and written)

Working conditions

• Standard working hours (e.g. 8:00–17:00), with flexibility

• Remote work anywhere within Portugal

Eligibility

• Candidates must already be living in Portugal

• Valid legal right to work in Portugal is required

• No relocation package is offered
