German-Speaking Customer Service – Travel Sector
Malaga, Spain
€23,500 per yearDuties
- Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
- Assist customers with issues related to their credit cards and transactions.
- Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Contract
- Permanent contract (with a 2-month trial period).
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (split shift).
- 39 hours per week, with one rotating day per week.
Salary
- €23,500 gross annually (€22,000 base + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus).
Training
- Start date: 3rd November 2025
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Training is fully paid and included in the contract.
