You’ll need to stay calm under pressure and keep the customer’s satisfaction at the center of everything you do.What We’re Looking ForLanguage SkillsPortuguese (B2–C1 level) – written and spokenEnglish (B2–C1 level) – written and spokenExperience & Skills1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical supportExperience in help desk or IT-related roles is a plusStrong written communication skillsComfortable using PC systems, internet tools, and Microsoft OfficeConfident working independently and as part of a remote teamAdaptable to changing processes and toolsExperience handling customer communication via email (and phone, if applicable)Willing to complete a background screening
