Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 monthsSalary Options:
- €1,346/month — includes free accommodation (own room in shared housing)
- €1,606/month — without accommodation

In this role, you’ll support small and medium business (SMB) clients, providing expert advice and support for our client’s suite of online advertising products. Job Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing top-tier support for business clients. You will engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, offering effective solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic guidance on their advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to queries from business clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Consultative Guidance: Act as a consultant to help clients optimize their online advertising strategies.
- Business Goal Alignment: Understand client business objectives to recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Campaign Strategy: Provide strategic campaign support to help clients achieve optimal performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on quality support, efficient issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, plus a lunch break)
- Rotational shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for online advertising and emerging technologies.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build positive client relationships.
