Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid Model)
Permanent Contract

Gross salary of €25,330/year plus up to €4,470/year in performance-based bonuses.

About the Role

Are you a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join our client Hybrid team in Barcelona, Spain . In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote and sell our services, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our customer base.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative , your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Customer Calls : Reach out to potential customers to promote and sell our services.
  • Customer Database Management : Create, maintain, and update customer records with complete and accurate information.
  • Customer Base Development : Consolidate the existing customer base while proactively building new customer relationships.
  • Sales Tracking : Record outbound call history, customer interactions, and responses in detail.
  • Follow-Up : Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Market Monitoring : Track and analyze competitors' products/services and leverage this information to enhance selling strategies.
  • Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to position products and services competitively.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Language Skills : Native or proficient Dutch (C2) and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Sales Experience : Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in outbound calling or business development.
  • CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and oral business communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and present confidently.
  • Goal Orientation : Self-motivated, goal-driven, and tenacious, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player : Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment .
  • Business Acumen : Ability to evaluate multiple business models and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
