Base salary: €24,310 + up to €4,290 annual bonusAbout the Role
Join our team in Barcelona as a an Ads Onboarding Account Manager and help new clients launch high-performing PPC campaigns that drive real results. You’ll act as a trusted advisor — onboarding businesses, shaping strategy, and guiding them toward success with Google Ads.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new advertising clients.
- Design and optimize impactful, results-driven an Ads campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to promote services and boost campaign performance.
- Understand client goals and tailor digital marketing solutions to their needs.
- Increase ad spend through strategic upselling and relationship management.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Handle a high daily volume of potential clients confidently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications a plus)
- Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing
- Proven record of working independently and driving measurable results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skilled at managing customer relationships and using CRM tools effectively
- Comfortable using AI tools to personalize outreach and interpret insights
- Business-minded with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and competition
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in decision-making
Specialized Knowledge for the German Market
- Deep understanding of German business culture and market dynamics
- Strategic thinker able to identify growth opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and complex customer structures
- Knowledge of local regulations (especially GDPR) and data privacy best practices
- Ability to discuss ROI, integrations, and positioning of Ads in the broader marketing ecosystem
