Overview

Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing content based on Ambiguity of the Word to Translate and content based on Hierarchy to ensure there are no violations or illegal activities.

This role provides you with the chance to collaborate with one of our distinguished clients specialize in internet-based searching and video sharing platforms. As a Content Reviewer, you will oversee the daily management of internet content, ensuring a superior experience for millions of users.

Your role as a Reviewer affords you the opportunity to exert a substantial and direct influence on the caliber of our client's social media and advertising products. Content Reviewers bear the responsibility for maintaining optimal levels of quality and productivity.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

o Assessing online social media, webpage content, and advertising content in alignment with client policies.

o Visually navigating and reviewing images, videos, accounts, and text-based content.

o Utilizing internal tools to escalate violations of client policies.

o Upholding a high level of quality in each reviewed case.

o Meeting weekly productivity deliverables within your daily workflow.

o Prioritizing daily workflow tasks in accordance with client needs.

o Seizing the opportunity to participate in client meetings, contributing findings and ongoing recommendations.

o Providing occasional support for different workflows, products, or markets.
