Our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting Kazakh Speaking Content Moderators.

Role:

As a content moderator the role involves reviewing, and moderating content posted on Social Media.

You will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service, in order to grant that all the
platform compliance regulations are followed. You will be working on the Hebrew market and helping to build a better experience for our users

Job duties
•  Reviewing content ( image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies
• Able to provide services on a 24 7 shift rotation

Skills

· Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion in computer technology;
· Native level Kazakh speaker;
· Passion for films and television series;
· Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;
· Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills;
· Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills;
· Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze customer and teammates experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills.

These roles are initially for a 12 month contract.

Candidates should be based already in Portugal and already have work permission to work in Portugal.
