Office Based French Speaking Customer Service
Barcelona, Spain
€28,300 per year (inclusive of the fixed language bonus)
Job Duties
Assisting customers through providing excellent customer service to ensure resolution of issues to customers satisfaction, if not possible to resolve escalate to the appropriate party.
Essential Criteria
Native level French and fluent English
Candidates must already be based in commutable distance to Barcelona and already have SSN and NIE and either EU passport or Spanish work permit allowing full time work.
The role will involve dealing with French and English speaking customers.
Good general IT skills
Desirable experience
Have previous customer service experience.
The role does involve shift work including some weekends.
