Description

Homebased French Speaking Customer Support

Anywhere in Spain

Salary €28,300 including language bonus (bonus paid monthly €275 per month)

Job Duties

Excellent opportunity to join this leading company. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat with any account issues that they have.

Essential Criteria

· Fluent French and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc

 This role includes working weekends, 39 hours a week.

Candidates must already have work permission for Spain and already be based there with good internet and quiet work space.
