Home based German Speaking Customer Service 

Home based anywhere in Germany

€26,400 a year + bonus

Job Duties

Assisting customers of this leading company with queries by phone, email and social media.

Resolving issues to customer satisfaction or escalating it when necessary.

This role starts next week and candidates must already be located in Germany with a quiet office space and good internet connection.

Essential criteria

- Good general PC skills

- Good telephone manner

- Previous experience of dealing with customers

- Able to work shifts including weekends

- Quiet work space and internet connection

- Candidates must have some customer service experience and speak Native level German and English B2
