Job Description:
Our client based in Lisbon requires Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Customer Service– Minimum Requirement:
Native level Norwegan (written and spoken) and fluent English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications;
Teamwork orientation; Strong communication skills and arguing;
Flexibility, availability and dynamism;
Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering calls and responding to emails.
Owning the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response
Ensuring customer contact is logged and updated as appropriate (training provided)
On Offer
12 month contract;
Refund of your initial flight (after 9 months with our company);
