Compensation:- Option 1: €1,358 gross/month with free accommodation (private room in shared housing)
- Option 2: €1,620 gross/month without accommodation

The Role
We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to join our high-energy, growth-focused team in Lisbon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer service, or business development who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, international tech environment.
You’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth — building strong relationships, supporting clients, and ensuring their ongoing success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM records
- Build strong client relationships through outbound calls and video meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed growth and activity-based KPIs
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and partner success
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shift pattern)
Who You Are
- Fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems
