Overview

As an Operations Customer Expert - Short Video Content Moderator for our Social Media Project, you will be part of a multilingual project focused on ensuring a safe and compliant online environment. Your role involves reviewing user-generated content to maintain platform integrity, applying guidelines to identify violations, and collaborating with teams to address complex cases.

This position requires strong attention to detail, active reading skills, and fluency in English and Polish. You will analyze various types of content, including comments, posts, images, and videos, ensuring they align with platform standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Adaptability: Stay updated with frequent policy changes.

• Independence & Focus: Work effectively in a self-paced and structured environment.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Think critically and apply platform guidelines accurately.

• Independence & Focus: Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism.

• Previous experience in moderation, social media, or a related field is a plus.

Job Duties

Part of your daily activities will involve:

• Evaluating content: Assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards.

• Filtering and removing inappropriate material: Identify and address content that does not comply with platform guidelines.

• Managing user interactions: Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful space.

• Labeling content: Apply relevant classifications for better organization and accessibility.

• Ensuring compliance: Uphold legal and platform guidelines to protect integrity.

• Reporting trends: Document moderation actions and identify recurring issues.

• Collaborating with teams: Communicate with policy, compliance, and legal departments for complex cases.
