We are hiring a Customer Service Representative fluent in European Portuguese and Spanish (C1) with B2-level English for a major hotel chain. This role involves handling customer inquiries by phone, assisting with reservations, and providing high-quality service in both Portuguese and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and Spanish
- Provide professional and friendly support
- Close hotel reservations and manage bookings
- Promote services with a commercial, customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- European Portuguese: Native or C1 level
- Spanish: C1 level
- English: Minimum B2 level
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commercial approach
- At least 1 year of experience in the tourism or hospitality sector
- Valid work permit or EU Passport allowing you to work in Spain
