Type: Full-time, Office-based
Basic Salary: €33,000 per year + monthly bonus up to €720Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor on digital marketing strategies for advertisers, focusing on social media optimization.
- Provide information and guidance on using social media marketing tools to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate social media advertising metrics to track effectiveness.
- Make both inbound and outbound calls with advertisers, advising on their advertisements and budget allocations.
- Understand and implement customer requirements, collaborating on effective sales funnel strategies.
- Identify trends and potential issues early, applying innovative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: €2,750 per month gross
- Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 monthly
- Attendance Bonus: Additional €40
- Contract: Initial 1-year contract with a 4-month probation period; option to extend
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Training: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding program
Requirements:
- Must already reside in the Berlin area
- Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
