Description

Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote after training)
Salary: Gross basic €1,300/month (14 salaries per year) + performance bonus up to €150/month

Represent a world-leading household products brand, specializing in vacuums and innovative appliances. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing sales assistance, and supporting technical and delivery-related inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding:
    • Sales: Support customers in making purchases and recommending products.
    • Aftersales: Address and resolve issues post-purchase.
    • Product Enquiries: Share detailed product information.
    • Delivery Assistance: Resolve queries about deliveries and logistics.
  • Navigate internet-based applications and virtual desktop tools to deliver timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the client when necessary.
  • Access a hands-on lab for product familiarization and practical training.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Norwegian (C1+ minimum) with good English communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong general computer skills and ability to adapt to virtual work environments.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 9 AM and 9 PM, on a rotational shift basis.

Training & Work Arrangement:

  • Training: Conducted on-site in Athens with access to product labs for practical learning.
  • Post-Training: Fully remote work setup.
