German Speaking Customer Service _ Remote in Greece only Athens, Greece

The monthly gross salary is €1,430 and a production bonus: up to  10% of basic salary per month

Flight paid, airport pickup and 2 weeks hotel accommodation.

Candidates should have at least 6 months customer service experience.

 

Working on behalf of one of the world's largest online travel agencies.

  

Role Overview:

Agents respond to phone and email and messages from customers with inquiries about account, existing reservations, payments, complaints

Skills Required

C2 German and B2 English
