Ukrainian Speaking Advertising Support - onsite
Lisbon, Portugal
€1040 per month gross with free accommodation ie own room in shared apartment OR €1225 per month gross with no accommodation.
Our client is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s largest social media companies for Ukrainian Speaking Advertising Support Advisors.
As an Advertisers Support, you will support advertisers on the Social Media platform, helping them to grow in an innovative and fast paced environment.
Advertisers and agencies contact the company to request post sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using this service. Thus, your main purpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.
As a member of the team, you will assist customers after they bought ads placements or used the products. You will be part of a motivated and multilingual support team.
Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Support assistance requests on Apps & Advertising Services.
Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by Email, Chat and converting these into and carrying out outbound calls.
