Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Remote based - 6 month contract
Lisbon, Portugal
€19,000 per year including allowances
Our client based in Lisbon recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work from home in the Lisbon area.
Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, mainly through inbound calls.
Candidates must speak Italian Native level, have previous customer service experience.
Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat), log call details into case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.
Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Surveys scores, actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports.
Candidates must have graduated from high school and have a clean Criminal record.
Candidates can be located anywhere between Lisbon and the Algarve.
