Finnish Speaking Sales – Office based
Lisbon, Portugal
Gross Basic Salary €21,000 per year + sales bonus up to €6,000 a year + other bonuses + lunch allowance. Relocation assistance if relocating from abroad (flight repaid and discounted private room for 12 months)
Our client in Lisbon is recruiting an office based Sales Executive. Candidates must speak native level Finnish and have previous telesales experience. This is a Monday to Friday role operating 9am to 6pm.
Job Duties:
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale.
Explain the IT search products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating the IT products.
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
lead and contribute to team projects to Develop and refine our sales process
Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
