Overview

Working on behalf of a leading social media platform, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators in order to maintain and improve content creators engagement with the platform. The goal is to help partners get the most out of their channel and you will have the opportunity  of having a significant impact on their business.

It is a target driven environment, where you will work to individual targets as as well as team targets.

Daily Job Duties

Serve as a trusted trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features; ➢ Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives; ➢ Knowledge on key platform features in order to connect the customer’s needs to these features; ➢ Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls, email and phone calls; ➢ Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities and follow up with the content creators over several months

Renumeration

Working hours 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Holidays - Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply. If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under consent of the project. Your holiday entitlement refers to Portuguese law with 22 days per year.

Initial contract 12 months.

Relocation assistance including the accommodation can only be provided if relocating from 100km from Lisbon.
