Operations Manager
Lisbon, Portugal
€32000-40000 per year
Overview
B2B outbound consultancy/sales through telephone to SMBs and bigger clients. This is a Monday to Friday role 9am-6pm. Home office until the end of the year.
Candidates need to work in Portugal, even during home office. Around 200 FTEs.
Experience Required
- Fluent German and English;
- Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders. Experience managing KPIs, BPO operations and the client.
- Strong experience of people management, development and coaching;
- Experience in outbound sales projects in b2b environment.
- Achievement and customer oriented;
- Management and leadership skills;
- Problem solver, analytical and dynamic;
- Strong team spirit and communication skills;
- Affinity with technology.
