Description

German Speaking Team Leader – Call Centre

Lisbon, Portugal

Salary package including bonuses about €32,620 per year gross

Job Duties

B2B outbound consultancy/sales through telephone to SMBs and bigger clients. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Home office until the end of the year

Candidates need to work in Portugal, even during home office. Around 200 FTEs.

Experience required

Experience as First Line Management in BPO, minimum 1 year, dealing with KPIs, coaching and motivating teams, dealing with attrition, etc.

Experience in sales operations/projects.

Experience in B2B.

Fluent German and English.
