Dutch Speaking Telesales
Remote based in Ireland
€25,000 + commission = €35k OTE
Job Duties
This role involves calling existing customers and generating sales. This role doesn’t involve cold calling, it is more about account management and utilising customer service skills to build a relationship/
Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products
Verifying the order and customer details on-line
Achieve weekly individual sales targets
Receive on-going training, support and coaching from your supervisor
Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Experience required
Fluent Dutch and English
Previous customer care or sales experience
Quiet work space and good broadband connection.
