Home based Dutch Speaking Tech Support - initially 6 months

Porto, Portugal

€17,800 per year (includes signing and retention bonuses and meal allowance)

Job Duties

Our client requires Dutch speaking Tech Support Advisors to respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat.

This role will be to assist customers until they are satisfied with the solution via phone, emails and live chat. Escalating issues that can’t be resolved.

Candidate Criteria

Fluent  Dutch and English.

Good general IT skills, ideally some tech support experience

Good customer service experience.
