Dutch or German Speaking Tech Support

Remote based Northern Portugal

€13,000 per year 

Job Duties

Our client requires Dutch or German speaking Tech Support Advisors to respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat.

This role will be to assist customers until they are satisfied with the solution via phone, emails and live chat. Escalating issues that can’t be resolved.

Candidate Criteria

Fluent Dutch or German and English.

Customer service experience

Good customer service experience.
