Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Lisbon, Portugal
€15300 – 18240 per year (including bonuses) + health insurance
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisors.
For the first month the training will be in the office then hybrid (then it will likely be 3 days at home and 2 days in the office)
Job duties
Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
Native level Spanish and English.
At least 1 years customer service experience.
Good general IT skills.
Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.
Renumeration
€15,300 – 18,240 per year + health insurance
Laptop provided.
