Polish Speaking Customer Service – Back Office Gaming related
Thessaloniki, Greece
€1100 per month gross + relocation (flight paid + first 2 weeks accommodation)
Our client is recruiting office based Polish Customer Service Advisors
Job Duties
- Providing support to both Polish and English customers gaming related issues through accessing knowledge base to find solutions and emailing the customer solving the issue.
- Previous customer service experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Interest in social Media platforms
- Excellent written skills in Polish and English
Essential Skills
- Must be bilingual in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) speaking and writing
- Team player and good communication skills, written and orally
- Some customer service experience and good general IT skills ie MS Office etc.
