Job Description

Liaising with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

As our Advisor I, Customer Sales role you will:

• Analyzing marketing campaigns for your existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
   
• Answering customer questions about the social media platform and products. Assistance in achieving advertising targets and budget improvement.
   
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
   
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
   
• Early detection of campaign trends and escalation of challenging campaign developments.

Requirements

• Fluent language and B2 of the English language.
• Some sales experience.
• You are available 40 hours a week.
• You have good and strong typing/computer skills.
• You have good communication skills, well organised, accurate and professional.
• Experience with social media and/or digital marketing is a plus. Strong sales-oriented attitude, entrepreneurial thinking .
