€1404 per month + free accommodation + flight reimbursed + €2000 signing fee
Our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Reps.
Role:

Missions:
• Assure a customer service of exceptional quality;
• Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing;
• Communicate information related to products and services to customers.
Skills
Essential Criteria:
Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion in computer technology;
Native speaker level in Hebrew;
Passion for films and television series;
Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;
Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills;
Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills;
Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze customer and teammates experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills.
Free Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract and flight reimbursed.
These roles are initially for a 12 month contract.
Gross salary €1405per month + free accommodation for the duration of the contract + €2000 signing bonus
Candidates must already have work permission to work in Portugal
