Norwegian Speaking Technical Support
Lisbon, Portugal
Basic salary €21,000 per year + monthly bonus + meal allowance + relocation package.
Our client is recruiting for Norwegian speaking Technical Support Advisors to work on behalf of one of the world’s largest IT companies.
This is a Monday to Friday role 8am to 5pm.
Job Duties
Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
Ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information.
Skills Required
Candidates should speak native level Norwegian and have a good general IT skills.
The offer
Basic salary €21,000 per year + monthly bonus + meal allowance + relocation package.
