French or German Speaking Team Leader

Our client is recruiting for either a French or German speaking Team Leader. The successful candidate will have experience in Content curating and have at least 2 years Team Lead experience.

This is a hands on role and will also involve the daily tasks to provide evaluation, curation, Q&A support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a team of 8 content curators.
• Performing evaluation of content - assessing for quality and relevancy
• Understands client needs for content curation and aligns to regional editorial policy
• Researches, coordinates and uses judgment to decide on credibility of content
• Proof reads, checks and maintains high quality of content consistently
• Maintains close working relationships with team members, project and account managers
• Provides daily reporting of activities
• Perform calibrations session within internal team, with other location team or even with client as per instructed
• To do Peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training as per need
• To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices
• Work independently and within a team
• Communicate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members
• Adhere to the company and client’s procedures, policies and guidelines
• All KPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid business impact

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2 years team lead experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills eg blogs, web pages, translations etc.
• Ability to deliver content quickly, accurately and manage deadlines
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking native language – e.g. Native Level French or German along with English
• Understand local market implications
• At least 1-2 years of experience with content curation, candidates with editorial experience or journalism background preferred.
• Daily reporting activities, monitoring checks, set up of results in multiple tools, database revision.
• Should have the ability to multitask
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts in a 24*7 environment
