Description

French Speaking Technical Support Advisors

Lisbon, Portugal.

€949 per month + free accommodation for all of the contract + €2000 signing bonus

Our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting French Speaking Technical Support Advisors

You will be part of a team of top class Technical Support Experts. You will receive enquiries via a ticketing system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform.

Part of your daily activities will be: • Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B2B environment; • Using judgement in defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes and methods to craft alternative solutions; • Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis; • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion; • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • French at C2 level, good English at least B2 level
  • Basic understanding or interest for JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/CSS3
  • Basic understanding or interest for CMS platforms at like Wordpress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla or similar
  • Experience or interest for online advertising or ad product experience
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template / process
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills

Training offered includes product training and an introduction into JavaScript and HTML5. It will last approx. 9 weeks

 

These roles are initially for a 12 month contract.
