Braga, Portugal
Salary €10 per hour + commission
Home based, anywhere in Portugal.
We have openings for Full time and Part time Recruitment Consultants
As a recruitment consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
- receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- informing candidates about the results of their interviews
- working towards and exceeding targets
Candidates ideally will have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience. Candidates should also speak French native level.
Part-time or Full-time roles.
Company Laptop supplied.
A minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience is essential
Full time position - Monday to Friday. 9 pm – 6 pm – working from home
Part-time position – 2-3 days a week 9am - 6pm.
