Overview
As a sales support representative for industrial products you will be responsible for proper handling of orders. You maintain international customer contact in connection with registrations / orders, working closely with the sales and operations departments.
Job Duties
As a sales support / back office employee you are responsible for:
• The correct handling of orders;
• Maintaining customer contacts;
• Responsible Business at the defined customers: active development, maintenance and growth of existing dealers
• Revenue Responsibility for these customers
• Support the introduction of digital sales workflows via the new B2B portal, while the process expands
• Implementation of central marketing and a strong partnership with user- and retail marketing
• Systematic monitoring and planning
• Explaining about innovations, new promotions, services and general (marketing and sales) concepts
• Internal feedback on sales performance, including the definition of measures / activities
• The TAM has access to its own budget that he can turn to its customers according to the general rules
Experience required
You have good communication skills and strives for the ultimate result with the team. You are proactive and commercially oriented.
You also have:
• HBO working and thinking in a commercial administrative direction;
• An excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Attention to detail but still fast.

Salary
Basic gross salary of €2500 per month + Sales Bonus of up to € 500 and additional up to 10% measured in annual sales increase
• Fully paid training for 3 weeks
• 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours p / w
