Description

Spanish Speaking Customer Support Advisors

Lisbon, Portugal.

€951 per month + up to €300 a month bonus + free accommodation for all of the contract.

Our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting Spanish Speaking Customer Support Advisors

Are you passionate about online marketing and new technologies? Would you like to join one of the leading tech companies?

Our client is a world leading online marketing with a current annual revenue of more than 100 billion US dollars. You will support our client as an Implementation Specialist, providing a professional and exceptional support to their clients in an innovative and fast paced environment.

You will be supporting EMEA based clients and will be responsible for establishing a new service specifically dedicated to client’s high profile & critical programs.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing
  •  Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
  •  Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
  •  Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Spanish at least C1 level, good English at least B2 level
  • Basic understanding or interest for JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/CSS3
  • Basic understanding or interest for CMS platforms at like Wordpress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla or similar
  • Experience or interest for online advertising or ad product experience
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template / process
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills

Training offered includes product training and an introduction into JavaScript and HTML5. It will last approx. 9 weeks

 

These roles are initially for a 12 month contract.
