German Speaking Customer Support
Home based in Romania
Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company and work on behalf of a leading internet company.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by phone calls, email etc answering issues that they have regards account issues and providing solutions to any issues that they have to ensure their needs are satisfied.
Essential Criteria:
Ideally have some customer service experience
Speak at least b2 German and English
Have good general customer service skills
Full time and part time opportunities available so students can be considered as well.
Candidates should already live in Romania
Salary
- base salary: 3001 RON net
- meal tickets: 300 RON net (average for 20 working days X 15 RON net)
- transportation bonus: 117 RON net
- sport articles/activities bonus: 148 RON net
- performance bonus: up until 928 RON net
- C1/C2 German bonus: 519 RON net
- Easter/Christmas vouchers: >3 months – 97 RON net, 3 -6 months – 162 RON net, <6 months – 325 RON net
