Job Description:

Our client based in Lisbon requires Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisors

Customer Service– Minimum Requirement:

• Native level Norwegan  (written and spoken) and fluent English

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications;

• Teamwork orientation; Strong communication skills and arguing;

• Flexibility, availability and dynamism;

• Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and responding to emails.

• Owning the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response

• Ensuring customer contact is logged and updated as appropriate (training provided)
