Description

German Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Remote based anywhere in Portugal

Homebased in Portugal

Gross basic salary €18,605 per year includes project bonus and meal allowance, after signing and retention bonuses etc  €22,600 gross for the year.

Job Duties:

To provide excellent customer service to customers of IT related products. Dealing with customers offering tech support to any issues they have. Escalating issues that they can’t solve to other departments.

Job Requirements

Fluent German and English

An interest in IT and a willingness to learn.

Full training is provided.

The Job Offer:

Base salary: 1040 euros/ gross/ month * 14 including language bonus

Lunch allowance: 6.65 euros/ net/ day

Life insurance & Health insurance

Project bonus: 200 euros/ gross/ month for 12 months

Signing bonus: 2000 euros/ gross after 2nd month.

Retention bonus: 2000 euros/ gross after 12 months.
