Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Lisbon, Portugal
€25,575 including bonuses and allowances year
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisors. For the first month it is 100% onsite and after that 2 days in the office a week and 3 days remote in the Lisbon area.
Job Duties
Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
Native level Danish and English.
At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally candidates will have some sales experience
Good general IT skills.
Monthly Salary
Base Salary: 920€
Language bonus: 770€
Meal allowance: 8.20€ - 167.86€
KPI: 178€Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.
