German-Speaking Junior Team Leader

About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Junior Team Leader to support our Assignment Manager and help ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
In this role, you’ll combine operational oversight with hands-on team support. You’ll monitor performance, coach team members, and help maintain service levels while balancing efficiency and quality. You’ll also contribute to a positive team culture and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Assignment Manager in maintaining service levels in line with client expectations and agreements.
Monitor team performance and quality standards, providing feedback and coaching when needed.
Assist team members with daily questions, escalations, and workflow challenges.
Ensure correct understanding and application of client policies and guidelines.
Review and make decisions on images, accounts, and text-based content, including potentially sensitive material.
Identify trends, recurring user errors, and areas for improvement, and share insights with management.
Escalate policy violations and fraud cases using internal systems.
Contribute to improving workflows, automation, and operational processes.
Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Participate in training and actively support knowledge sharing within the team.
Adapt to different workflows, clients, and markets as required.
Skills and Qualifications
German language skills at native or C1+ level.
English language skills at A2–B1 level.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead by example.
Interest in coaching, feedback, and team development.
Understanding of online marketplaces and publication rules.
Willingness to work shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Interest in digital markets, the sharing economy, or new technologies is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online business is an advantage.
