Swedish Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Barcelona, Spain

Basic salary of 23,876 € plus up to 3,408 € in bonuses.

This role is for someone who understands the market, can bring high-potential companies on board, and guide them through their first steps in a tech-focused environment. You will work with businesses that may become the next major players in the Nordic startup scene. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and spotting opportunities for growth and advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients and set up high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce and sell services.
  • Identify each customer’s goals and offer solutions that fit their needs.
  • Build strategic campaigns that deliver immediate results and long-term stability.
  • Increase spend and drive upsell opportunities across your accounts.
  • Maintain and update a complete and accurate customer database.
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily over the phone.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • C2 Swedish and C1 English. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • At least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in high-pressure or client-facing roles.
  • Able to work independently and meet targets with light supervision.
  • Comfortable managing customer data and using CRM tools.
  • Uses AI tools to support outreach and daily workflows.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Confident delivering presentations and producing professional content.
  • Proactive, solution oriented, and a strong contributor in team settings.
  • Understands business goals and supports strategic planning.
  • Able to analyze competitors and track market trends.
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and helpful support.

  • Familiar with data privacy expectations and compliant with local regulations, including GDPR.
  • Able to tailor outreach strategies that respect Nordic customers’ high focus on data protection.
