Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Use CRM, ticketing, and other support tools efficiently
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries within SLA using our knowledge base and procedures
• Meet performance targets: handling time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction
• Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge
• Take part in ongoing training and stay updated on product changes
