Slovak Speaking Security Specialist
Sofia, BulgariaSalary: 2,400 BGN + bonus up to 300 BGN/month + signing bonus of 3,000 BGN
We are looking for a Slovak Speaking Security Specialist to join our client’s team, representing one of the world’s leading search engines. You will help customers maximize their product experience while being part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support for products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer needs
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs, using knowledge bases and protocols
- Meet or exceed performance goals (call handling, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction)
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge

- Fluent in Slovak and English
