About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst who speaks Norwegian fluently to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of digital ad content. You’ll review, evaluate, and rate different types of content — including text, audio, video, and images — to ensure compliance with client guidelines and quality standards.
You’ll also monitor ad campaign performance, spot areas for improvement, and help shape the quality of online experiences millions of users see every day.
Office based in Oeiras in Lisbon, candidates must already live in Lisbon as the role involves assessment day onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate ads and user-generated content (text, video, audio, photos) for accuracy, relevance, quality, and compliance.
- Identify and flag mildly egregious or policy-violating content according to defined guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise written explanations for each evaluation.
- Maintain consistency and objectivity in all rating decisions.
- Monitor digital marketing campaign quality and recommend improvements.
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with standards.
- Support additional projects when required (e.g., prompt or response rewriting).
What You Bring
- Native-level Norwegian and good English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years of experience in Ads or content moderation.
- Comfortable with computers and Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
- Ability to assess content factuality and reliability across multiple sources.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to ethical/legal guidelines.
- Typing speed of at least 25–30 words per minute.
