Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Salary: €21,500 gross per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales-Focused:
- Primary task is closing hotel reservations by phone.
- Strong commercial/sales profile required.
- Customer Support:
- Handle incoming calls from Dutch-speaking customers.
- Provide support for a major hotel chain.
Contract & Compensation:
- Type: Indefinite (with 2-month trial period)
- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Salary: €21,500 gross per year
- Sign-On Bonus: €1,500 gross
- Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Working hours: 9:00–20:00 (alternating weekends)
Training:
