Arabic Speaking Operations Customer Expert

Lisbon, Portugal

€1093/month + free accommodation in shared company-rented apartments OR €1306/month without accommodation.

Candidates must speak Arabic and English and have work permission to work in Portugal already in place ie EU passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.

Overview

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be part of an ambitious and motivated support team, collaborating with one of the world’s most recognizable companies.

You will aid in both Arabic and English. In this role, you will gather critical information, monitor advertisements, detect inappropriate links, and troubleshoot potential issues.

Your primary objective is to triage requests effectively and facilitate seamless communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to their inquiries.

Job Duties

Part of your daily activities will include:

• Gathering critical information to support decision making and issue resolution.

• Monitoring advertisements to identify and report inappropriate links or content violations.

• Identifying and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Triaging requests from various entities to prioritize and address them effectively.

• Facilitating clear and efficient communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners.

• Ensuring relevant and compliant content is maintained across various platforms.

• Responding promptly to inquiries via email with a focus on high quality, speed, empathy, and

accuracy.

• Escalating issues to the appropriate teams or levels when necessary.

Working hours

40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift

pattern, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 21:00.
